Don't miss Somewhere Up There - 90's Throwback Party!
SOMEWHERE UP THERE- 90’s THROWBACK PARTY
Blind Melon rocketed to stardom in the realm of alternative rock with their self-titled debut album in 1992, which sold more than 3 million copies and reached triple platinum status. The group’s debut album was buoyed by the successful single “No Rain” and its accompanying video, which featured a girl in a bee costume and the band members frolicking in a field. These are images that have remained in millions of die hard 90’s music fan’s dreary heads for the last twenty years.
Soul Asylum is an American alternative rock band who have a triple-platinum album named Grave Dancers Union to their credit, featuring their Grammy Award-winning single "Runaway Train". They struck gold ( aka. platinum) again, with their platinum record with the album “Let Your Dim Light Shine” three years later- selling millions more albums and earning the coveted 90’s legend band.
Backing up the bands will be Canada’s BIF Naked, who has produced such notable tracks as "Moment of Weakness", "I Love Myself Today", "Tango Shoes", “Nothing Else Matters”, “We Are The Lucky Ones”, "Let Down" and “Spaceman” which made Canadian history with its #1 position on National charts, and #2 on Billboard's International Charts, making it the highest-spun independent song in Canadian history. Cranbrook locals, Ferdy Belland and Steve Allen are in Bif’s band, so be prepared for a raucous homecoming.
Price: $60.00, $50.00, $42.00
