Boxing for Ages 55+

Boxing is a great workout at any age!  Benefits for aging adults includes improved balance, motor skills, overall strenth and mental focus.

Focus will be on having fun!  Boxing is especially great for individuals with Parkinson's disease and research has shown it can actually slow down and reverse symptoms.

All levels welcome (a health screening form must be complete to participate).

Led by Bill Watson who is a certified boxing instructor.
