The Junior Lifeguard Club is a good opportunity for children age 9 - 12 that want to take a break from regular swim lessons, yet focus on water proficiency, first aid, recognition, self rescue and rescue of others.
The Canadian Swim Patrol training provides a head start for the Bronze awards needed to become a certified National Lifeguard.
This is a fun yet challenging club where young swimmers will be challenged physically and mentally achieving distance and time bench marks.
