Keeping Active for Seniors

This fun and social program will keep you moving in a relaxed and inviting class environment. Keeping Active will help you improve your balance, strength and agility to maintain daily activities. Ages 60+
Instructed by Lisa Neukomm wh is a Registered Personal Trainer and Group Leader and Older Adult Trainer.
